Procedures

Registration:
- Sunrise: reserved to owners of a trademark in Cyrillic characters registered and validated with TMCH
- Additional Trademark Limited Registration Period: reserved to owners of a trademark in Cyrillic characters registered with the OHIM, or in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Russia, Serbia or Ukraine, or protected by a statute or treaty (not available on our interface, please contact our support)
- Transliteration Limited Registration Period: reserved to request for a domain name in Cyrillic characters corresponding to the transliteration/transcription of your trademark in Latin characters registered and validated with TMCH (not available on our interface, please contact our support)
- Landrush: open to anyone
Renewal: domains are deactivated upon expiration. It is possible to renew up to 45 days following the expiration date
Disputes: UDRP and URS
Transfer (change of Registrar): the request is launched from the website of the new registrar. Be sure that you have the domain's auth code (which you must get from the former registrar), that the domain's status is not "TransferProhibited", that it does not expire soon, is older than 60 days and has not been transferred in the last 60 days. The effective transfer depends on your validation (by email) and renews the domain name for one year
Change of Ownership: available on our interface
