Attribution: .navy domains are open to professionals of the military sector having the authorizations, charters, licenses and/or other related credentials required, and having an authorization, license and/or credential number.
Syntax: From 1 to 63 alphanumeric characters including hyphens (except for in first and last position).
IDN (domain with accented letters):Yes: Latin, French, Spanish, German, and Chinese characters allowed.
Registration period: From 1 to 10 years.
Second-level extensions: No.
Procedures
Renewal: The domain is deactivated upon expiration. Late renewal possible up to 45 days after the domain's expiration.
Transfers (change of registrar): The request is started by launching it with your new registrar. Be sure that you provided them with the authorization code, that your domain does not have a TransferProhibited status, that it does not expire soon, and has been registered for more than 60 days, and that it was not transfered less than 60 days ago. The transfer is subject to a confirmation email, and the process renews the domain for one year.
Owner change: This is possible on our website directly; it does not change the expiration date.
